How do you unlock a jump bike?
Unlocking: Once you have located a JUMP or Lime vehicle, unlock it by scanning the QR code or entering the plate number. If you encounter difficulties scanning the QR code, turn on your flashlight while scanning.
Can I ride a 400cc on a CBT?
The training makes sure you can ride safely on your own while you practise for your full moped or motorcycle test. CBT is not a test that you pass or fail. After you’ve completed CBT, you can ride a: motorcycle up to 125cc and with a power output of up to 11kW if you’re 17 or over.

How long can you reserve jump bike?
View and reserve available bikes through the Uber or JUMP app. Your trip starts once you make a reservation. Billing starts after the first 5 minutes of the trip. Bikes reserved in advance can be held for up to 15 minutes.
Can I put a bike in an uber?
Uber’s are a bit of a hit and miss – they are allowed to reject you for bringing a bike. Addison Lee have cyclecab that does let you take your bike in the cab. Another option might be the overground or trains outside of rush hour (though that will be hard with the other stuff you’re carrying).

Can I ride a 125 without L plates?
You can ride a moped (max 50cc) without L plates. If you want to ride a motorcycle over 50cc and up to 125cc, you will need to take CBT. Once you have a valid CBT certificate, you can ride a 125cc with L plates.
Can I take a passenger on a 125cc moped?
Once you have passed your Practical Test, you will have a licence to ride any machine of up to 125cc, so long as it’s power is restricted to 11kW, without L-plates and you may carry a pillion passenger.
Does a motorcycle battery charge while idling?
Technically, a motorcycle battery does charge while the motorcycle is idling though it does not provide as much amperage as when the motorcycle is at higher speeds. During a normal ride, a motorcycle provides about 13, 14, or 15 amps while idling only provides less than 1 amp.
Is push starting a motorcycle bad?
Just because your bike won’t start doesn’t mean the battery is flat and trying to jump, bump or push – start the bike can actually damage it and cause you injury.
Can you jump start a motorcycle with car?
Car batteries have a much higher amperage than those in motorcycles, so we only recommend using a car to jump – start your bike in an emergency. It’s also worth pointing out that using this method could possibly void the warranty on your battery and/or some electrical components of your bike.

It is a lot harder than the written test for cars (in my experience), but the DMVs sell a little book with all the material you need to know to pass. I passed my first time in Texas, but failed twice, sucked it up and bought the book before passing in California. Seriously, some of the questions do not even make sense.

MOD2 is fairly easy if you have plenty of road experience but is unpredictable, you don’t know the route or traffic or what other drivers are up to. It’s hard to say, if you have good bike control then mod 1 isn’t that bad, nerves can get the better of you though quite easy.
